If you wish to cancel a confirmed consultation, we require you to notify us through clientcare@filamlawfirm.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. The law firm will charge an administrative thirty-dollar fee ($30.00) for the cancellation.
Cancellations of confirmed consultations within 24 hours of the scheduled time and date do not qualify for a refund.
