Attorney Pamela is a dedicated and licensed immigration lawyer, currently in good standing with the Missouri Bar. She is also admitted to the United States District Court, Eastern District Court of Missouri. With a wealth of experience in handling family-based immigration cases, citizenship, green card applications, fiancé visas, asylum, and waiver cases, Pam has proven her expertise in immigration law.

She also attended the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio. She obtained her Masters in Transnational Law. She was also awarded a Certificate of Legal Practice. After moving to the US, Pam worked for an immigration law firm in St. Louis as a paralegal, law clerk, and case manager.
US Immigration Case Manager
The US Immigration journey of Pam began when her then fiancé and now husband applied for a fiancé visa for her. Pam personally prepared and filed all her USCIS applications and petitions until she became a US citizen. She joined a US Immigration Law firm based in St. Louis as a paralegal when she was legally allowed to work. She handled asylum cases and family-based immigration cases. She was then promoted to become the firm’s case manager. She closely assisted the attorneys with their affirmative and defensive asylum cases, waiver cases, and removal cases. She also managed the cases and troubleshoot immigration issues and delays so the cases could efficiently move quickly towards its resolution.
Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court
After handling various cases in private practice, Pam joined the judiciary as an executive clerk of court. She was both the administrative and the financial officer of the regional trial court. She takes care of everything inside the courtroom, the judge’s office, and the court’s office, making sure that the functions of each staff member and the processing of the cases run smoothly and efficiently. It was during this time that Pam discovered her passion for managing court files and courtroom duties efficiently by streamlining its management processes. A trait that she carried over to the US when she was employed in the US immigration law firm.
Associate, Philippines
Pam worked as an Associate in a local Philippine law firm after passing the bar exams in the Philippines. She handled civil cases such as sales of properties, contracts, annulment of marriages, settlement issues, and child custody. She also worked on election cases during national and local elections representing candidates of local elections making sure that the counting of the ballots is done properly according to the law.
Integrated Bar of the Philippines
She is also an active and lifetime member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of the Philippines in 2006. She has years of experience handling family, annulment, election, and criminal cases in the Philippines. She also worked as a Clerk of Court for the Regional Trial Court, managing the court’s day-to-day functions and assisting the presiding judge with case management.
University of San Agustin School of Law in Iloilo City
Pamela’s commitment to law led her to the University of San Agustin School of Law in Iloilo City, Philippines, where she earned her law degree. She was recognized with a paralegal certificate for her training and work with the Center for Alternative Law, where she advocated for indigenous tribes and special interest groups on issues of ancestral land rights and the integration of tribal practices into local government policies.
