I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant

Use this petition to classify an alien as either:

1. An Amerasian;
2. A Widow or Widower of a U.S. citizen;
3. Special immigrants are defined below. These special immigrants may also use this form for EB-4 Fourth Preference:
4. Special Immigrant Juvenile;
5. Religious Worker;
6. Panama Canal Company Employee, Canal Zone Government Employee, U.S. Government in the Canal Zone Employee;
7. Physician;
8. G-4 International Organization Employee or Family Member or NATO-6 Employee or Family Member;
9. U.S. Armed Forces Member;
10. Afghanistan or Iraq National who worked with the U.S. Armed Forces as a translator;
11. Iraq National who worked for or on behalf of the U.S. Government in Iraq;
12. Afghanistan National who worked for or on behalf of the U.S. Government or the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan;
13. An abused spouse or child of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, or an abused parent of a U.S. citizen son or daughter under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA);
14. Broadcasters or
